Willerby shares spotlight with big business names at Global Sustainability Awards

We had the honour of being among a host of leading businesses who attended The Global Sustainability & ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Awards.

An inaugural celebration of those who apply sustainability in their operations and decision-making, the awards encourage widespread adoption of a more responsible approach to business.

We were shortlisted for the Sustainability Strategy Award, with the judges recognising our exceptional sustainability leadership in the holiday homes sector, and our strategic and innovative approach to sustainability challenges.

Other nominees for the award included Asahi Europe and International, Avon and Evri. The winners were Geopost, Europe’s largest parcel delivery network.

Hosted at the Business Design Centre in London on 10 th September, 60 companies were in attendance, including Liverpool Football Club, Amazon and Klarna.

There were 15 categories in total, covering everything from ESG Programme and Sustainable Finance, to Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainable Consultancy.
