Where can I source spare parts for my home?
Spare parts for homes in warranty can be ordered via your park or distributor. Willerby does not have the capabilities to sell spare parts direct to members of the public.
If your home is no longer in warranty and you require a spare part whether it’s to repair accidental damage, general wear and tear or want a new pair of curtains to spruce up your lounge, you can now source spares from your park or distributor. Please speak directly to them to request a quote from the Willerby aftersales portal and submit a “chargeable request” on the system. Please remember to include as much information about the home and part that you’re looking for to help our team provide the most accurate quote.
Once the team have provided the quote to your park/distributor they will contact you directly and you can choose to accept or reject. If accepted, delivery will be arranged to your park where they can then deliver the item to yourself.
Please note, the majority of fixtures and fittings supplied in your home are those used in standard domestic settings, so for the most part, you should be able to source suitable replacements in local home furnishing or DIY stores if you so wish.
