Burton-upon-Trent is a market town in Staffordshire, close to the city of Derby and less than an hour drive from the stunning Peak District National Park.

A straightforward, friendly town

With some fine and tasteful independent shops and an abundance of cafes and eateries, Burton has lots of interesting places to visit.

For those who enjoy a tipple, Burton is famed for its brewing, due to the high levels of sulfate in Burton waters (up to 800 ppm) making the water ideal to produce pale ales. Today, there’s an array of microbreweries to explore and sample.
